Organization / Individual (written in English)

When I was a student in my university, I travelled a lot by myself.
I was roaming around North America, Europe, and Asia.

At that time, I didn't have any restriction that limited my action.

I could do whatever I want, whenever I want and wherever I want. (Of course as long asI don't break the law)

After I quit my company and started travelling again to France and Morocco, the situation was the same.

I was completely free.

It seems like the word "freedom" has a "cool" sound.

But it's tough to be completely free, in fact.

Complete freedom is sometimes fearful.

When I was travelling by myself, I didn't have anybody who cares about me and who is responsible for the consequence of my action.

When I became sick in Morocco and got on the ambulance, I was so nervous being alone in a hospital abroad by myself.

I could do whatever I want to but I needed to take all the responsibility.

Moreover, being free was lonely.

I was alone, when I was travelling.

Of course, I liked it and therefore, I started travelling by myself but still, sometimes, I felt loneliness and realized the importance of people around me in my daily life.

I learned a lot by travelling alone.

I started to appreciate the existence of people around me such as my family, friends and so on.
I thought a lot of things from the history of the world to the future figure of the world.

Travelling alone made me think what normally people don't think in their busy lives.
Travelling brings me such a large and extended viewpoint and profound thought.

And one more important thing that I learned is that travelling alone reminded me of the advantage and significance of working inside one organization.

Now I am in Nicaragua and I'll be working in a few days INSIDE the scheme of a governmental organization.

Surely, there are restrictions because the organization is responsible for me and they don't allow me to do whatever I want.

Sometimes, I feel uncomfortable.

Sometimes, I found points to be revised and modified concerning the rules of the organization.

But in general, I can enjoy within the scheme.

I have lots of things to do even inside the scheme.

If you want REAL FREEDOM, you should not belong to organizations.

But, firstly, the definition of FREEDOM depends on people to people.
Some people enjoy freedom working in a strict and hierarchical organization.

Secondly, you have lots of things to do and learn even inside the organization.

But I realized this after having complete freedom and suffering a bit from it.

Being completely free as an individual and belonging to an organization and enjoy the merit of it, sacrificing a little bit of freedom: both have positive and negative aspects.

What's important is to enjoy the current situation and try to experience as many things as possible.

Then you will understand what is really suitable for you. That's what I believe.

(Summary)
1: Both being completely free and belonging to an organization have merit and demerit.
2: If we experience a lot of things, we will have more chance to come across what is suitable for us.
