Openness (English)

The other day, one lady commented on this blog and we actually met here in Managua.

She is from Japan and travelling around Laten American countries.

She was interested in my activity in Nicaragua and commented on this blog.

We had not known with each other before we met actually.

I was really glad that what I'm writing affected one person positively. I was also glad that she talked to me and we could have an interesting conversation about travelling, culture and so on.

This is one of the positive aspects of internet, I think.

I always think the importance of this kind of "Openness."

When I travelled around America, I felt this kind of "openness" a lot and it inspired me a lot.

I met lots of friends in subways, cafes, restaurants and discos.

This kind of random meeting rarely happens in Japan.

Normally, people talk to who they know. If I talk to somebody that I dont know, probably he feels so strange.

Surely, the trend is changing especially among the young generation. I liked this kind of random and casual meeting with people.

Thats one of the reasons why I liked going to clubs.

The good point of this kind of culture is that it promotes the sex of ideas

It is said that creativity is not something completely new but a combination of something already exists.

In this sense, the open culture has more probability to be creative because the ideas are mixed in daily lives.

Im not saying which culture is superior or which one is inferior.

But personally, I like this kind of openness and always would like to be open.

And also, I would like to be a friend of people who are open minded.
